My baby is having fever since 2 days no cough, cold runny nose , no loose motions, vomiting. Passing yellow urine today.taaking medicine crocin syp.4 ml 3 times from yesterday ,what is the reason for yellow urine???

Hello Doctor My baby 3months 27days old.mother milk is not sufficient for baby so we started formula milk daily around 200ml/day.Initially we started with Farex. we have changed formula milk 2days back to slimlac from yesterday night he is not sleeping properly crying a lot in between sleep. He used to have farex from 3month with mother feed.will change in formula milk causing problem? Pls advise

My baby is 2.5 months old. She had slight blood in motion 20days back. She was given taxim-o for 5 days. Then there was no blood seen for 15days. Now from last 2 days again there is blood everytime she passes motion and it is increasing. I am on complete dairy free diet from 20days. From last one day, we have stopped breastfeeding and giving her aptamil pepti formula suspecting that something from my diet might have caused this. Also she has not gained any weight since 10days.
