Child Health Issues

Dear Dr, 4days back, we have taken my baby to  hospital for 9th month vaccination. After that he was not get any fever but we gave the paracetamol 2.5ml as per Dr suggestions. From yesterday, he is having fever and cold. For cold we are giving the snap medicine and fever we are started giving the paracetamol 125mg in 2.5ml every 4hrs. My son is having a runny noses and light fever. As per my measurements 98.8 average so far... Please suggest why it is happened suddenly and how long the fever n cold will be remains for him? 98.8 is a normal for him or not? Shall we continue the paracetamol or we can stop? Pls help me

My daughter is 11 months now. A bulge in her groin area (right side) was noticed during last month which appears while she cries and getting strained. we have consulted doctor and undergone usg scan but nothing seen. Doctor told that it may go away by its own.  that bulge still appears while baby is crying. Is this Hernia?? Seeking advice in this regard.

Hi all i just wanted to know can i give atarax to my baby while traveling because that time of the day he cranky and will be really difficult for me to manage him in flight..so wanted to know is it safe for baby( one time only) and also how to give this to baby ( how many hours before, with feed or without feed and what quantity). Hello, do breast milk turn sour in breasts if its not feeded to baby for long hrs like more than 4hrs? If so should we throw that milk by expressing?
