A 4 years 11 months old child got a cut from rusted iron surface. He has received all his vaccinations till 2 years of age. Vaccination for 5-6 years is not given yet. So should we get him the DPT booster asap bcz of the traumatic cut or there is no need to hurry?

Sir I am from Assam my 3.2 yrs old son is suffering from fever last night . I gave him Calpo 120mg       5 ml around 2am at night . Today morning he was alright then again at noon his body was warm he was also not eating anything and was crying then I gave the second dose at around 3 pm. But after 3hrs his body was again warm and he was not willing to eat also. And now he is crying what should I do sir please help me . His weight is 17 kgs
