10 month old daughter fell off the bed twice in a span of 3 days. She doesn't have any physical injuries. After the 2 fall, She started eating less than usual and now after 48 hours (of the fall) she is completely avoiding food. Is it something to do with the fall and should I take her to a pediatrician?

By now all emergency pointers must be clear to you & you must have consulted also . But seriously why are you abusing your child to let him fall repeatedly ? Do you not know that a single fall can result into epilepsy , think of its consequences & those of drugs . Think of disability following head trauma . If you can’t check falls shift the bedding on floor so there is no fall from cot . Two yr old has to run around , ne careful about stairs balconies , dressing table etc whoever child can climb

Head injuries need to be examined and monitor. If child is unconscious, vomiting , sleepy , not taking anything not even water or bleeding from ear , nose or mouth, then this child needs to examine.
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician and if needed he will prescribe brain imaging.
