My baby 3 years old fell down from cot
My baby 3 years old fell down from cot morning 9 0 clock n mild swelling was there n she was actively playing whole day n she vomited all rice once in night 12 o clock after sometime of eating should i be worried?

Hello I understand your concern... Nothing to worry since your child is actively playing. Give paracetamol if there is pain Just watch for the warning signs( drowsiness, confused, seizure, projectile vomiting, bleeding from nose/ear)...if there are any warning signs rush to nearby hospital
