My baby 3 years old fell down from cot morning 9 0 clock n mild swelling was there n she was actively playing whole day n she vomited all rice once in night 12 o clock after sometime of eating should i be worried?

Just watch for the warning signs( drowsiness, confused, seizure, projectile vomiting, bleeding from nose/ear)...if there are any warning signs rush to nearby hospital
