3 years baby penise problem
My 3-year-old son has a small part of the foreskin attached to the glans on one side, approximately 25% of the area. The small line-like structure I mentioned is also present exactly in that attached area.
He has no pain or discomfort and passes urine normally.
Could this be normal foreskin or any evaluation needed ? What exactly could this line-like structure be? Does it require any treatment, or could u please tell me the name of condition
