Skin infections
My son 4 month 28 days old. He has been suffering from skin infections which is not permenent. On his private part red patch is there which settle after putting candid powder on it and it comes back after he pees. Also on this body red pimple type acne comes in and goes away after 1 hour or so when we put on air conditioner. I am attachjng both pictures kindly help.

Are you using diaper? This looks like diaper rash
Clean the parts well with water
Keep it dry
Use happy rash cream or diaper rash cream two times a day
Give him plenty of milk (breast milk).
