Child Health Issues

Hello Doctors, My daughter is 2 years old and her current weight is 8.5kgs and height is 81cm. Both are less according to age. This really worry me. Delivery was planned C-section and no complications before and after delivery. Her Weight history is like this.Birth weight - 2.9kgs, at 6 months - 6kgs - at 12 months - 6.4kgs - at 18 months -7.7kgs - at 24 months -8.5 kgs. Started Giving her solids at 6 months. Have her different texture at different age. She was detected with vitamin D deficiency at 11 months. Doctor prescribed Calshine P drops for 3 months. But still her Weightand height is not satisfactory. We give her all the home mode food, yoghurt, fruits veggies still no significant improvement in her weigth. She is achieving all the age appropriate milestone on/before time. She is still on Breastfeed and dont take any animal milk. Sometime she fusses around food but sometimes eat well. She looks really undernourished. Can this cause any health/development problem in later

My son is a 2+ months now, but he is having eye discharge most of the time, bit reddish, waterry, and plumby. Could you please suggest something.

Dear Doctor's, My baby have completed the 2 month. Due to virus i was not able to visit to doctor for baby vaccinate which held on after completion of 1.1/2 month. I just wanted to know that is there not an problem to late  vaccination for baby.

Hi docs, Please let me know is it ok to distraction feed baby by screen/toys ? My daughter is 2 years old age has always been picky but recently is she totally on food rejection. Not eating anything. She will have just 2-3 bites then will start running playing or get distracted somewhere else and dont show any interest in food. So from last 1 week introduce her screen during mealtime. She can selffeed. Now with meal time she started eating well. Should I continue doing this ? Or let her eat only 2-3 bites without screen or any other distraction. She is really underweight just 8.5kgd and less height as well 81cms. Did please guide me for this. She don't take any animal milk just Breastmilk. Thanks.

Hello doctor my baby is 9month 6days old I have to give his vaccination Everytime private hospital but due to lock down I am in my home town I could not go private hospital can I give this time vaccination on government hospital and my baby vaccination chart mentioned ,MMR,opv, typhoid vaccine but in government hospital there given only MMR let me know another two injection I l give in direct 12 vaccine time please answer me.

Hi...we have vaccinated our baby with MMR and JE first doses an hour ago in a clinic nearby.It went well as the hsptl took all precautions during the pandemic.But in hurry i forgot to ask whether it causes fever to my baby and the doctor didnt tell anything about the care  after vaccination.After reaching home i gave him luke warm bath.Is it okay to give him bath??Did i make anything wrong in giving him bath??I am scared if it harms my baby.what to do now??what are the side effects of MMR and JE vaccines?plz explain the care to be taken to help my baby...as i came to know that MMR is a live virus vaccine. Did i make any mistake in vaccinating my baby during this pandemic..as his body cant fight a new virus such as covid..

Since 4 to 5 days my baby have cough ...he is 3 month 5 days old...his cough get increased in the morning...We r trying home remedies like ajwain shake, turmeric in my milk but not completely gone his cough what should I do?He don't have fever his weight is 6+ and feeding session s are normal

Hi Doctor My kid is 57 days old. She did not pee since last 6 hours. Morning at 6 am she did pee. Here temperature is around 42 degree. But after her feed she is passing stool. But did not pee.
