Hi We recently started giving solid foods like cerelac for Our 6 month female baby. Its like we started from 5th month. Baby is grunting most of the time and we are clueless whats happening. My son is having fever of around 99-100'F since yesterday. We have given crocin syrup 5 ml in morning and checked fever evry 2 hours . Fever is max 99 or less than 97 everytime. Shall we continue crocin syrup or condition need more medical attention
