You may travel with precautions like proper safety in car. Vaccination is never an urgency but basics of hygiene to be followed while caring babies.

I would suggest you to avoid such long hours of trips with infants of few weeks age If the travel plans are unavoidable would suggest few precautions Hygiene maintenance, normal temperature in car with windows closed. Feeding baby every 2-3 hourly by taking breaks in between travels. Toiletries and baby napkins, diapers, extra clean clothes. Burping after feedings. Plan your stops early in the course of routes. Cover the baby in clothes. Gloves. Socks. Head caps. Don’t travel over crowded. Keep an extra space empty. Hand wash liquid. Sanitizers. Masks. Gloves. Thermometer. Few days can be delayed for 6th week vaccination.
