Travel with your 1-month-old is possible with precautions:
Best would be car, use rear-facing seat, you can take frequent breaks
-or if choosing flight they also have minimum germ exposure as less crowds; ensure feed during takeoff/landing.
- Avoid trains(crowded).
Prioritize hygiene, limit exposure to illnesses, and ensure vaccinations are updated. Consult if concerns arise.
