My baby got high fever so doctor wrote meftol p syrup 4 ml in every 6 hours( repeat only if fever comes) and antibiotic like taxim O
I just wanted your help to get clarity on below 2 queries
1) does meftol p syrup has paracitamol?
2) after todays dose of medtol p , its been 6 hours and not seen much fever. Right now it is exactly 99'F so shall i give meftol p ir wait for fever to rise?
