Hello doctor
My daughter is having loose motions from 4 days, first day passed 7-8 times with mucus, greenish color, from then using Enterogermina & Z&D dry syrup... But now passing daily for 3-4 times... consistency & color is normal now... Is it normal? Anything to worry?

I don't think there is anything to worry if the baby is passing Urine normally and doesn't Show signs of Dehydration. Continue both medicines mentioned above. Things should settle down in 2-3 days.
You can also give ORS if required.
