My son is 3 years old. He is suffering from cold from 3 days with no nasal mucus

If only sneezing no need to give any medication, if he has nasal blockage give nasal saline drops and if running nose can give anti histamine like cetrizine or CPM( as per his weight and age).

Give him cetrizine syrup 2.5 ml two times a day
Otrivin saline nasal spray one spray in each nostril two times a day
