Child Health Issues

Hi Dr.. I delivered twin babies at 37weeks..one of the baby birth weigt was 2.7 kg and he is now 2.4kg..He is 12 days old and has total bilirubin level of 14.7 mg/dL.. I hve increased the feeds now and he is normal baby, passing urine and stool as needed.. Should we go for phototherapy or sunlight exposure is sufficient with increase in number of feeds? Please help Thank you..

My baby girl one year 5 months old. Today she was about put her vaccination. He was very active and playing. Suddenly she screamed and cried very loudly. Her eyes were twitching. Then she became fussy and slept. We are giving her valparin syrup, vinlep and frisium. But then too seizures are reccuring. We are much concerned. We did not spray midacip as the seizures subsided of its own. Pls guide us

7 month old is crying most of the time he is eating well taking breastfeeding well but restless sleep during night as in wants to have feeding all the time. Doesn't sleep even for a nap without breastfeeding.if we try to sleep him with rocking or in crib he can cry till he doesn't get milk and sleep. He eats all the top feeds well but don't understand why he is cries. Even his stubborness. His weight gain is also good so I ruled out his is hunger.

My daughter is 10 yrs old and she is having continues fever and pain in her joints. We have done her CRP test and its positive. 22.89 mg/Lt as per report. Doctor suggested medicines naprosyn and Zincovit , Azithral , Fepanil. But her fever is not going. what should I do.

Dear Sir / Mam , Please note that My 2.25 yrs old daughter having acidity problem after taking Zincovit BD. Is Ranidom more efficient in subsiding her acidity or colicaid? And which one is safer !!! Please advice Regards Rishika

Attached is the image of my baby’s belly button. She’s 1 month old now. The stump got separated within 6 days from the DOB. Normally, the belly button gets healed completely within 10 days; however, it doesn’t seem like that by seeing the condition it after a month. Could you advise, please? My baby is 7 month old From yesterday night small red spots are appearing on her tongue edge . What could be reason ? As per 3rd day rule we have given  sweet potato for first time  to her will that cause any issue?

My son completed 5 months on 13 October now he is in 6 th month I have feeded him uggu semi soild today only will anything will happen to him as I don't know to give after 6 month today once only I have feeded him is any problem. Hello!!! My baby is not drinking milk from me properly. He is drinking it for only 2 to 3 mins?? Kindly suggest me a solution for this. Or shall I go for electric breast feeding and giving milk in bottle or formula milk?
