Daughter have last from one week cold and runny nose and cough no fever please suggest medicine drops

My 6 yr old daughter feel bed is going up down or things are swinging just immediately before her sleep everyday ( approx 5 mins before her sleep) and sometimes complain the same after waking up in morning. Is it matter of concern? She has lot of gas issue as well. She farts even after passing stool in the morning. It is more than normal during the entire day. What can be done?

My son 2 year 10 months old, have been Covid positive a week back , he had fever only for a day, but from today he limping while walking and sits suddenly after walking a while. No history of any major disease. He is a active kid

Dear doctor My baby is 2 months old. He is suffering from blocked nose since 10 days. There is a sound when he takes breath. Very mild cough. No fever . Just going to local hospital and doctor gave me ceff drop and Wikoryl AF as medicine. But ceff drop is an antibiotic medicine. So I am hesitate to start the medicine as there is no severe cough or fever. Can I give antibiotic for the mild symptom. Kindly help me.

Hello. My 2.5 year old niece has got a red color circular spot on inner cheek since few hours. Maybe she bit her cheek while eating or got an ulcer, we are not sure. As its quite late, we cant go to doctor now. She is continuously touching that spot with her tongue and asking us to touch it by placing our finger at spot. What can we do to help her? Pl advice.
