You should try to increase your milk production ,firstly by  putting the baby to breast more often as the more the the baby suckles - more will be the milk production.Secondly you can take the help of following medicines, Lactare granules or tablets. Also Perinorm tab or Domstal tablets 10 mg taken thrice daily also help.As for soap Sebamed products are good and use a moisturizer instead of talc ( which is not recommended)

Breast milk insufficient is a myth. More your baby sucks, more milk is produced Less your baby sucks, less milk is produced Some medicines also help to increase milk production--- Metoclopramide and Domperidone. If baby gaining weight, then why worry? Usually, there is no need of any soap for bathing your baby as babies skin doesn’t get that dirty. Many pediatricians advise against the use of any soap for bathing the baby.  The American Academy of Pediatrics has been warning parents about the potential dangers of using talcum powder on infants since 1969. Baby powder has been found to dry out mucous membranes, potentially leading to respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, asthma, pulmonary talcosis, lung fibrosis, and respiratory failure. So no powder or soap😎😀😀

Hi! Try increasing breast milk production. mother can drink plenty of water and a glass is water and breast massage before each feed and adequate rest. Mother can try taking lactare tablets or lactare granules. Only last option would be formula. Soap you can use sebamed, chikoo etc any baby soaps Powder is not recommended. Apply moisturiser sebamed, chikoo, or cetaphil etc.
