Child Health Issues

My son is not allowing to touch his right  ear... And crying to turn and sleep that side or whenever the right ear part is touched mistakenly. I think his tragus area pains. Not sure whether water went off while bath. What could be the reason? Am worried. He is crying frequently in pain .. he don't usually cry.. Do i need to check with doctor immediately?

My son 5 yr old suddenly got throat pain at night and started to cough at morning. Vomit once which was full of phlegm. Having mild runny nose. He was given paracetamol for throat pain and montair lc , amroxal ls.We have been staying in house. Hi All, My son is 9 months old and he got fever yesterday morning temp was 100 then I gave him fepanil drop 0.5ml and temp reduced to 99 and after 5hrs I repeat the dose and temp set to normal but again in the evening it fluctuate between 99-100 and I gave him 1/4th part of paracetamol and immediately temp set down today again just now He got temp 100 I repeat paracetamol dose like yesterday and just in 10 min temp is normal. Can someone please help me to understand why temperature is keep on fluctuating. There is no cold cough even his diet is normal Please guide. Thanks

Hi, I have 3 months old baby,due to low breast milk production I used perinorm tablet trice a day for a week.there was an increase in my breast milk production however,I stopped using tablets now I see a decrease in breast milk production. How long can I use this tablets? Is there any other way to increase milk production?
