3 month baby has discharge like water from belly button, I consult doctor he prescribed mupirocin oinment, I used for 2 weeks but there is discharge there wat to do for this? How days it take to cure

My 1 and half months daughter's stool smells very bad, she doesn't pass motion daily she holds the stool though der is an urgency to pass, I have changed the milk stage 3 lactogen to stage 4 lactogen... Im not finding the proper reason why all of a sudden such a bad smell.. she eats food well and plays well,passes urine well and scared to pass stool...

Currently my weight is 37 kg but 3 years ago I was also 37 kg. I am 18 years old and my height is 5 feet. Hi doctor Doctor m feeding aavin milk with junior horlicks stage 1 for my baby who is 1 year 9 months old in morning and evening before she sleeps. But I stopped mother feeding in the month of July.  last week I found my daughter vomiting frequently. So is there any specific reason for it. My daughter won't cooperate with me to brush her teeth so I can feel some bad smell from her mouth. So please let me know the exact reason.

Hello, My Niece Radha is 10 years old and not exactly sure about height and wt. But it is approx 4ft and 20kgs. She is having white discharge from now only. Her family is scared about this and also if her growth will be stopped by this. Also please confirm if this white discharge will anyhow related with periods, like if she will be in periods soon.
