I'm a COPD patient and just delivered a baby, 12 days old. I need to take breast milk increasing powder. Does it make phelgum? Please suggest if its good to take.

I am breastfeeding my 12 days old baby. I used to take inhaler so i kind of have developed yeast infection in my mouth. Is it treatable during lactation not affecting the baby.

Hello Doctor, please suggest vitamin d supplements taken on weekly basis for deficiency. My son's doctor prescribed it last year as he was falling ill very frequently. His diet is also very poor. I want to repeat the doses of vitamin d after one year so that he remain safe in these tough times. His age is 8 years and weight is 20 kg only.
