Need advice on feeding.
My baby is 3 months old and is in breastfeeding. He doesn't have enough milk to breast feed mid of 3rd month. Only twice a day. We are planning to feed him formula milk. Please advise the best formula milk for bottle feeding. Thanks.

I am giving you very sincere advise to have confidence in yourself and continue breast feeding which is child’s birthright & you as. a mother want to give it . You can drink extra fluids& fish & til , jeera etc natural galactogogues . Complete emptying will result into more milk formation . Breast milk will give many benefits to baby

Hi. As babies grow older the feeding time reduces and duration between feeds increases.
Next Steps
Monitor babies weight and he is gaining adequate weight, continue only breast feeds. Ask mother to take tablets to increase milk.
Health Tips
No formula is best when compared to mother’s milk.
