Need dosage for oflox oz syrup for loose stools for 3 years old kid. For how many days, it can be given. Kindly recommend the diet too, for the kid weighing13 kgs.

Oflox oz is a antibiotic, combination is not required and antibiotic should be given after doctor's advice....

No need to give antibiotics without prescription .Diarrhea in children need only ORS fluid sip by sip and do not need any other treatment unless it is dysentery ie blood in stool . So please refrain from abusing antibiotics , you are harming the child .

Oz is not recommended in children. Meet a paediatrician for the dosage of antibiotics.
Next Steps
Give plenty of liquids/ water frequently
Avoid diary products.
Give rice based diet.
