From somedays i noticed that my breast milk is not sufficient to my baby, how to increase breast milk instantly ?? and is there any other option to feed baby?

First u should be relaxed and get out of all the stress.. u should take more fluids like milk, juices water up to 3 lit per day. Have nutritious food little extra than in pregnancy.

Be relax and tension free. Don't take stress of decreased breast milk. Take proper diet, proper rest. You can use shatavarex powder with milk. Feed the child regularly. There is no substitute for breast milk.
