Hi !
Diarrhoea in this age are mostly viral, so may take time to resolve
Give sips of ORS after each stool, rice based diet, avoid milk for few days
Ensure good urination and monitor the activity of the child

Add Syr Zn20 - 5 ml once daily x 2 wks
