My baby is 2year old she safaring constipation from one week poti full of hord she crying during toylet please tell me what do syrap and medicine

Please apply xylocaine jelly to Ana lares before passing stool . Please give khichdi , soup , oranges , meshed vegetables to baby . Use glycerine suppository. Laxatives are habit forming so don’t make it a routine. May be anal fissure due to hard stool is cause ! Investigate for hypothyroidism if problem becomes chronic

Give PEG liquid orally or duphalac syp to soften the stool... Diet should not include milk, bakery and maida products...

Duphalac syrup to loosen stools 5 to 10 ml daily. May be diluted with juice. Enema may also be required. If association with vomiting, distension or pain abdomen, fever then consult doctor first.
