My niece is 10 years old n her name is Ishita singh.but since ytserday evening she has got fever n cough n cold.plz advise what to do .any medication u recommend.

Give plenty of fluids and soups. Give syrup Paracetamol 250 10 ml temperature is more than 101 degree fahrenheit. Give syrup koflet 5 ml thrice a day for cough. If no improvement visit your local pediatrician.
