Hello Doctor,
My 10-month-old baby is having cold, running nose, and cough for the past 1 week. There is no major improvement yet. He is active but gets disturbed due to cough, especially at night.
Kindly suggest what could be the cause and whether any medication or treatment is required. Also, please let me know if any tests or in-person consultation is needed.

Greetings if the cough and cold is more than 3 days kindly consult doctor in person to rule out any chest congestion
