Child Health Issues

Hi, My daughter is complaining of stomach pain from past 2 weeks. Mostly she complains in morning and evening. Her stool is also dry and hard and irregular. She craves for sweet things mostly. Kindly could you suggest some remedy. Thanks Brijender

My 3.5 months old baby boy has weight 6.8 kg now. His birth weight was 3.4kg. Is the weight fine now ? He is on combined feed , both mother milk and bottle (twice a day). If I give only mother milk , baby cries a lot in late afternoon as if he is hungry. That's why I started giving him formula milk. How to know that my milk is sufficient for baby so that I can stop formula milk. How to increase milk production so that baby won't cry for long. Thank you

हेलो डाॅक्टर मेरा बेटा अभी 5 महीने का है। कल से सिर पहले गरम होता है फिर बुखार हो जाता है। Sumol drops, 12 drops 100 fever होने पर दे रहे हैं। बुखार उतर कर फिर चढ़ जा रहा है। दूध पिलाने के बाद दवा पिलाने पर उल्टी कर दे रहा है। बाकि कोई बात नहीं है। कृपया हमारी चिंता दूर करने में सहायता करें। धन्यवाद।

Due to current scenario kids are not going outside which is limiting / nullifying their exposure to sun. Can we give jusdee drops/which medicin to them ? How much? Does a 3 year old who is 14kg wt and 99cm height needs multivitamin due to lack of exposure to Sunrays and outdoor playing. Though thy paly indoors should we get concerned about  their physical fitness/ development mentally ?? Is this locking up kids indoors effect them in future ??

My kid is 3.3 yrs and he is not able to speak sentence. He mostly tries to speak with action and can speak words. Words he speak clearly . Sentence he cant speak on his own but repeats sentences if we tell him to repeat after us . so is there any problem with his speaking , do we need to take any speech therapy for him?

We are giving her vitamin D3, what else syrup we can give her or vitamin D3 is sufficient? Plz tell us if she is not taking enough breast milk then is there any other substitute

Hi Doc Today i suddenly sprayed a large jet of nasoclear instead of mist. My baby is 3 months old. Will that be any problem? I am really worried. Will it go in the head nd throat?

Hi Dr, I have tested COVID  positive on 29th September had fever from 26-27th since then no fever or other symtoo. My son also had fever from 28th to 29th around 99.6-100.4 he is also fine for last 4 days. Dr has recommended to add zinz syrup and fruit zuice we already give him d3 and multivitamin drop daily . On 30th tested all my family member everyone is COVId positive so we are considering his same. Any precaution we I should take.

My Son aged 2 years is taking low diet for the past 15 days. He also drinks less water. His stool is bit hard. Please suggest some medicine, he is normal otherwise.
