Hi sir/madam, My daughter age 2.6 years and 2 weeks back she got fever and done urine test and found infection. She admitted in the hospital and treated. Doctor advised for urine culture and ultrasound and both reports are normal. She again went urine test and it's normal. Our doctor suggested to go for MCU test. Sir/madam.. after seeing normal in urine culture report and ultrasound is there any chance of detecting anything in MCU and do we really need to go for MCU (as another pediatrician suggested not require MCU after urine culture and ultrasound reports are normal.
