My 1 month baby cries before passing urine from last 3 days...earlier was not doing this way. Is it normal? Thnx

My nephew Vaidik Mishra is 3.5 yr old, 3ft 11 inch tall and weights 32kg. He is suffering from asthma since age 1.5 yrs and is currently under medication for same and even sometimes needs nebulization. He gets cough and gets breathlessness after running or laughing. And he vomits each and every time while crying . He has obesity which is our reason for concern. What measures can we take to help this situation?

My 10 month old daughter pooped semi solid poop 6 times today. there was no foul smell and she is active. But doing poop 6 times, is this normal?
