Hello, wich vitamin d drops is better, Ultra d3 or Dsol drops for baby? Zincovit drops or bevon drops?

My daughter is suffering from cough and her nose becomes stuffy after even using saline drops..she is unable ro sleep due to this.What should I do

My wife delivered a daughter on 7-11-2020. By mistake my wife fed her few drops of honey. Will it cause any harm? I've heard about infant botulism. I'm very much worried. Please help.

My son has got diarrhea due to some infection.. After giving enterogerminia and taxim o forte to him for a couple of days. During that period i was asked by my doc to stop dairy products for a short period of time and The situation has got resolved but after two days when i started giving milk to him again. Suddenly he started passing foamy and forthy motions.. He was not lactose intolerant from beginning.. How should i treat him now.. Please do help me

My baby is going to be 4 month he have some white patches in his upper part of gums in ...is it something serious.

This type of white patches is also on other side pls tell it is normal or some thrush in the mouth as my baby nowadays only feed when he is sleepy otherwise he would cry but won't feed even i try to feed him forcefully

Hi my baby is 11 months 15 days old.today he slipped and fell and hit his back of the head.he slept and was active.Then again he hit his head to wall while walking he fell and hit his head to wall got swollen on forehead then within an hour he again fell from bed .I am worried if anything serious.as I fell thrice today.and hit his head .As of now no vomit till how much time should I notice any changes in him.

My baby girl aged 20 months is suffering fr om constipation from last 20 days. She poops well when given lactulose but in the absence of lactulose she faces constipation problem. Dietary changes as suggested by doctor are already made but constipation problem persists. Please suggest as what to do ? My doctor suggesting continue 5ml twice per day lactulose for one month.

My son was suffering from allergy bronchititis last year.Pediatrician had prescribed inhaler flutrol course. Dosage : Flutrol 250 2times day 3months Flutrol 250 night 125 morning 3months  till 10-06-20 Flutrol 125 2times a day 3months till 10-09-20 Flutrol 125 one time a day 3months till 10-12-20 Flutrol 50 one time alternative day next 3months Unfortunately the dosage of flutrol 125 two times a day was extended till 18-11-20, instead of 10-09-20. So, how do I proceed further dosage.
