It is difficult to defecate
My child is one year old,now he is suffering while difficult to defecate. What causes this problem? What treatment is necessary?

Constipation occurs when bowel movements become less frequent and stools become difficult to pass. It happens most often due to changes in diet or due to inadequate intake of fiber. Consult your doctor if your baby have severe pain, blood in stools, or constipation that lasts longer than three weeks.

Hi, Give plenty of liquids/ water regularly Give green leafy vegetables and fruits Reduce milk and biscuits and increase complementary feeds. Make the child sit to pass stools.
