Hi my child is 3.5 months old. She is only on formula milk due to some issue. She is pooping jusr after having her milk each time. This has happened earlier as well so I gave her Taxim O syrup and econorm sachet but this is happening now again. What can be done?

Hi, Taxim is antibiotics and econorm is for loose stool What is your baby’s birth weight and present weight? How much and how frequently are you feeding? More detailed history required
