My daughter is 2.8 years old. She is extremely moody and choosy and does not eat well at all. She lives to have milk and chocolates however when it comes to solid food, she does eat well at all. Like her three meals are always either a tug of war or a meltdown.
I am at cross roads and extremely worried. We had her on medicine to improve her appetite however she is spoiled beyond reason.
Please help me. I am losing my sleep over it

Don’t worry . Your child is attached to milk as it is easy to drink ( even more so if she is feeding off a bottle or if she is breast fed)Just stop milk for a few days and throw the bottle out of the window. She will immediately start eating .
Next Steps
Also ensure that she is not constipated
Health Tips
For more accurate advise you will need to consult face to face. I will need an exact schedule of her daily routine

Your question answers your question. Stop pampering the child, reduce mill to 200 ml per day. Stops substituting meals with snacks. No medicine can help in this
Hi.
All kids at this age are choosy eaters. Chocolates and milk will kill the hunger,so reduce milk to 250 ml/ per day .
Give food in small amounts and in frequent intervals.
Try different recipes.
You can ask your husband or other relatives if you have at home to feed the baby once in a while.
