Child Health Issues

Hi Doc I am trying nasoclear since yesterday evening, but the issue is, mucus is not draining and not coming out on its own. I can see the mucus in my baby's nose but dont know how to get it out. Also, she has mucus filled somewhere in throat or chest, as i can hear some noise coming from back of throat. My daughter is 3 months old. Apart from nasoclear, i am giving warm compress on chest and back.

How the mentally ill babies behave at 5 months? My baby is 5 month old.he saw face to face  at 1 month +3weeks.he smiled towards others at 3 months+ 5 days.now he communicate with some sounds if someone is talking to him means he s replying with his sounds mm ah oh like this.is it normal mental health ? I need to know how the mentally ill babies to behave n activity in this month? Plz clarify.thank you.

Hii, My 1month old daughter's stomach and back area also armpits is hot to touch. While rest of the body seems normal. Temperature on stomach showed 99.6while on forehead showed 97. What to do. Is she having fever? No cold no cough nothing, only feels very hot i mean very warmer than normal. Can i put paracetamol drops? My doc had prescribed it and aksed to have it handy when needed as now due to corona cant know if doctors see for all these matters. Thank you

Doc. My 4 MONTH BOY BABY was urinating very normally till today mrng. I use diaper only in the night. Day time my baby will be without diaper only. Even today mrng till evening he urinated frequently and the quantity was also more. Suddenly from evening he did not urinate for three hours so I rubbed his abdomen then he urinated many times in large quantities. Again its been almost three hours he still did not urinate. I'm very much worried doc. His milk intake is normal only pls help

My 2 yr baby's vaccination was on the track till April 2020 I mean before covid after that we became jobless so we were not able to vaccinate her. I gave her pneumococcal booster yesterday (7 moths gap). I feel so guilty and so much afraid. Will she be protected from the infections. I gave her all vaccine now some booster vaccine between 15 to 18 months are missed. Can u guide me what can I do? I don't want my baby to suffer pls guide me
