Child Health Issues

My baby 4months old,wakes up every one hour at night n gets fussy,i get a feeling dat he wants to pass gas as he puts lots of pressure but cudnt pass.. his stool too is hard.. He is in formula feed..recently have give 4month vaccine too..please advice

My lo is currently 5 months old exclusively breastfeed .. From 3.5 month onwards he used to poop once or twice a day or once in two days. But from last 4 days, his poop count has changed to 6-7+ times..He started passing watery and seedy poop with mucus while feeding and while farting.. Is it normal?

My brother has been frequently suffering from fever. During the month of March'20 he was admitted in a Hospital, in Kolkata, but after doing lots of tests and diagnosis, no fruitful result came. The Hospital Doctors  (ILS Hospital, Dum Dum, Kolkata, near to our house) could not able to find out the reason of his fever. And fortunately (after 20 days of fever, he was 8 days in hospital)   he then recovered from fever at home. But, in the month September'720 he again got fever which lasted about 3 days and then he recovered. Now again from 28th September'20 he is suffering from fever, (fever range 100 to 103.4 Degree Centigrade)

Hi, my baby is 4 months 15 days old, after consulting doctor I started giving cerelac twice  a day from last week due to insufficient breast milk production. Form morning he is passed stool 6 times in little portion.bit liquid consistency.normally he passes 3 times a day.plz advice.
