From few days my 4.7 yrs old son had a complain of mucus with blood in stool but from 2 days he is on antibiotics for that but from yesterday he is telling pain while urinating maybe burning.can renalka syrup be given to him or how. What can be done. Have attached the prescription also. Is it due to less intake of water causing this to him.
