Pain in vagina of 4.5 yrs old daughter
My 4.5 yrs old daughter is complaining of pain in vagina while peeing .Also she is unable to urinate comfortably .kindly advise what may be the reason of this discomfort & remedy for the same .

Greetings, I Hope no one has played with her private parts. She is looked after by you and you are with her all the time. I have seen cases of sexual assault , you have to be vigilant all the time.If there is no bleeding or redness , relax and don't worry. give plenty of fluids, Give her SEITZs Bath. Make her sit in a tub of warm water with a spoon of savlon or dettol, For 15-20minutes. once a day Give citra alka 1tsf in a cup of water to drink

Maybe a urinary tract infection. Is there any fever? Increased frequency of urination. Requires urine investigations.
