Toddler complaining feet pain
My daughter is 3 yrs1 month old (16 kg). She is playful during the day, but recently, she has been complaining of feet hurting at night. Often she would wake up from her sleep at night, crying that feet hurts. It gets hard to pacify her. We massage her legs & feet also before sleep, still this waking up and crying episodes happen. Are these growth pains or something else? Can we give her any vitamin or supplements? What to do, pls advice.

If this is not associated with sweating and she is otherwise playful during the day, this is likely growing pains. You don't need to do anything and they will go away. Continue massaging the calf muscles, knees and feet. If she continues to wake up because of pain. A course of vitamin D and calcium supplement may help after consulting a pediatrician
