Child Health Issues

My dad told me he's not sure if I have been given the hepatitis B vaccine because he's against vaccination and I'm feeling anxious right now. Isn't it compulsory to get the hep b vaccine? Can we still get the vaccine if we're above 20 years old? And is there any way we can find out if we have been immunized?

My niece is 10months old she got fever 4 days back 103 then fever comes in evening also from last 4 days fever is there and rashes are also there on face forehead hands legs what can be the cause?

Is if true that there exists two types of milk in breast milk..that is foremilk and hindmilk. If we give more gap during feeding more foremilk will be ther which is watery.

However he is coughing since yesterday and has snotty runny nose.. what can i do to relieve this? Kindly suggest a cough medicine  which I can keep at home. I currently have Ambrodil S. For information, he is having soft stools after the infection though frequency is around twice a day.

Hello! Would like to know if it is good to give gutti( consists of turmeric, vaza,jajikai,chittarathai,manual and kudukkal..... mixed with breast milk and warmed up) to new born babies and infants? If no, kindly help me understand why it's okay to give paracetamol to babies but not Ayurvedic medicine! Thank you so much in advance
