In view of the pandemic ,is it advisable to give any vitamins daily for 4 year old? If yes, what can be given?

My 3 years old son is having mild fever (mostly ranging between 98.8 to 99.5 degree F and occationally rising above 100) for last 4 days. We are giving medicine(P250 4ml) only when the temperature goes to 100. The effect remains for around 9-13 hours. Last medicine was given yesterday night i.e.1AM today and his current temperature is 99.5. He is very active and doesn't have any other issues now. Pls suggest if we need to visit a doctor?

Can i feed my baby in sleeping position I cannot sit for too long. Please suggest? My baby is 18days old

My son is 3 months old, ans he is crying continuously ,but after giving paracetamol he stop crying for 5-6 hours i am giving colimex, neopetine drop, colic aid for colic pain now what to do for crying

My son aged about 5 years had fever last four days back so our doctor suggested cefpodoxime and the course completed yesterday but today my son is not eating anything and he had vomiting also.

My baby is 18days old up until now he was feeding properly but from last 2 days he is crying while feeding

My baby is 11 months old. He was having runny nose 3 days back. Then the second day he got mild fever..i gave allegra n crocin baby to him. He didnt get fever from the third day. Now he is not having runny nose but the cough is probably congested n there is a wheezing sound while he breathes. Rest everything is normal. He is scared by the sound of nebulizer machine so i cud not nebulize him. Plz suggest the needful.

My son is about 5 year old and from last four five days he is having leg pain below the knee.we are already giving ibuprofen but it's not going.what may be the cause.

My daughter 3 year old is very active.but sleep very less. She is sleeping very late during night and wakes up early. She is a fussy eater but likes to drink milk.i offer her milk when ever she rejects any food. She East's too much biscuits which I know is no t good. My son 6 years old says pain around navel area for past 1.5 day. His food input is normal. He is active as usual. Urine and motion are normal. But says stomach is paining. No visible hurts or bumps. No vomits. Not sure if he got hurt somewhere or fell down. He is not answering clearly.Scared to take to hospital in this covid situation. Hence seeking advice thru online. What could be the issue and what sort of treatment needed?
