Daughter is down with sneezing and coughing and wake up in night every 20 minutes , running nose since afternoon

Hi Doc I am taking cofsils lozenges for my throat irritation from last 2 days. Today i randomly read that it is not safe while breastfeeding. I am really worried whether my baby will get sick. She is 4.5 months old.

My son (1.5 year old) all of a sudden had swelling in left underarm close to chest. He is active and no fever. But he had fever and rashes two weeks back and with atarex & p125 he become normal. The swelling is big and we see some hardness on touching the same. Pediatric says that needs to be Operated and to clean the pus. Is this can only be treated with surgery. We notice skin peel in all his finger tip. Other pediatric suggest to get admit and to give antiobiotic via IV. Not sure what needs to be done. Could you please help or suggest.
