Child Health Issues

My baby girl is 7 months old and from last 1 week, she is having motions. First 2 days she had watery motions 5 times a day. From 3rd day, she is having slightly watery motions 3 time a day. She got 2 lower teeth 2 weeks back. She is on solid food, 3 times a day and formula 3 times during day and night. Do we need to give any medicine for these motions? Is it normal or something we need to go to hospital?

My son aged 16 months, urine is attracted by big black 🐜 ants, we are giving 1 spoon sugar, in the milk,only night times,. Is it is a sugar symptoms, or any thing else, pls suggest
