My child is 10 month, i feed him 1 iter cow milk a day. His potty become tight and has constipation problem. What should i do...should i remove cow milk. Or can i introduce buffolow milk ?? But i saw on net bufflow milk should be given after 1 year. Please help what to do???

My kid had swallowed a small screw day before yesterday. On day-1 we had an x-ray as suggested by pediatrician. He had suggested stool softener. Day-1 & Day-2 he had passed stool and we examined couldn't find the screw. Day-3 early morning we had X-Ray and screw is not present inside. Is there a possibility that the object might move upwards? Can someone help us here. We are worried. He had freqent hickups yesterday.
