Vaccine related allergies are very rare nowadays, and if so it would have presented earlier so if rashes are severe plz do get him examined by a doctor asap.

Hi, MMR related rashes are seen after 5-6 days. Very unlikely now. Nothing to worry.
Next Steps
Apply caladryl lotion over the rashes. If rashes persists, consult nearby paediatrician.
