My 1 year old took mmr,pcv and varicella vaccine yesterday..today in great pain while moving the leg in which it was administered..
The leg is stiff although there is no redness or swelling..
Is it mmr vaccine effect? How long will it take to go away? Can I do anything to help his pain

It would be due to the pain.
Give the child 5 ml of paracetamol (5ml =125mg) 3 times a day.
Give cold compresses 3 times a day to the vaccinated site.
It may take 1-2 days to get relieved.
Keep an eye out for redness and swelling. If that happens, go to a Paediatrician
