Clinical signs and symptoms of a UTI depend on the age of the child. In young children, typical signs and symptoms include fever, strong-smelling urine, abdominal pain, and new-onset urinary incontinence.
Next Steps
Therefore a Urine analysis & culture has to be done asap.
