Child Health Issues

Hi doctor, my 5.5 year old son has dry cough or phelgm stucking in his throat. Kindly suggest any home remedies or any syrup.

Child is 8 years old. He is suffering since February 2020. High vomitting tendency but didn't vomit. Admitted 2 times at APPOLO. Tests like endoscopy, colonoscopy, myometry, ct scan done. But all ok. They told it's cvs. Recently Dr. B. Achary treating him. After H2 breath test she told it's SIBO. Applied SIBOFIX 200 for 21 days two times with 15 days gap. In gap he took protectis drop. He also has heavy constripition problem The problem reduced for 10 days but again it back. Please suggest what to do.

I'm mom of 5 month old baby,can I take iron and calcium supplements,is it safe for baby ?is there any harm.
