Start with food items with liquid consistency first like dal water, rice water, then progress to puréed dal, khichdi, dalia, suji kheer/halwa, boiled and mashed potato etc. Yes ,you can add jaggery and ground dry fruits to the baby food.
Health Tips
Add little amount of ghee to baby’s feeds as it makes them energy dense.
