Hello
Have a scheduled screen free feeding time. Feed him little quantities frequently. You can continue breast feeding but that should not replace mealtime. His weight is slightly at a lower range but not worrisome.if there is repeated episodes of persistent vomiting with diarrhoea or child being slightly lethargic consult your paediatrician.

Greetings
1-year-old child is rejecting solid food, spitting it out, and only wanting breast milk despite being prescribed Neopeptine drops. Sudden solid food refusal and spitting in a 1-year-old can often be triggered by severe teething pain, a viral or throat infection, or a natural developmental feeding milestone known as the "one-year breastfeeding crisis". Neopeptine contains digestive enzymes and oils to help with gas or colic, but it will not treat an underlying oral discomfort, an infection, or behavioral food aversions.
Rejection of food is a phase and is common around 12 months of age
Health Tips
Offer food at fixed time period
Include child in family meal times
Don’t offer snacks between meals
Don’t force feed the child as they develop aversion to food
Don’t worry, this is quite common around this age, especially during teething or a minor illness. Continue breastfeeding, but keep offering small portions of soft family foods 3–4 times a day without forcing.
Avoid replacing meals with frequent breastfeeding just before mealtime.
Neopeptine usually won’t improve appetite by itself. If the child is otherwise active and passing urine normally, you can observe for a few days.
If refusal persists for more than a week, or there is fever, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth ulcers/pain, difficulty swallowing, lethargy, reduced urine, or weight loss, please get the child examined by a pediatrician.
